It is powered by Chanel’s own Caliber 2 movement, a feminine foray into the world of fine watchmaking.
Fourteen years into Baselworld, Chanel is proud to reveal its second exclusive movement alongside a few new exceptional pieces. One of the most alluring is its Première Camélia Skeleton watch, which as its name suggests, celebrates one of the luxury house’s most poetic emblems – the Camelia, aka Gabriella ‘Coco’ Chanel’s favourite flower.
Against a deep sleek black, a skeletal camelia encrusted with diamonds highlights the most minute movement of the architectural perfect curves and enhances the sparkling radiance of its diamonds.
It is powered by Chanel’s own Caliber 2 movement, a feminine foray into the world of fine watchmaking. It is the second exclusive movement created by the Chanel Swiss Manufacture and exudes a rare purity despite its stacking gears. It depicts a naturally geometric outline of the camelia, combining organic beauty with meticulous horological skill for an exceptional caliber that is elegant and virtuous.
It comes in two versions – one with a black camelia movement set in a white gold case encrusted with brilliant-cut diamonds and another with the camelia movement set completely with diamonds also in a white gold case set with brilliant- and baguette-cut diamonds.
