Ahead of its highly anticipated 10th annual awards ceremony next week, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, have released this year’s list of restaurants ranked from 51st to 100th.
2022’s 51-100 list sees 25 new entrants, two of which are Malaysia’s Cilantro at #93 and Eat and Cook at #81. Nadodi took the 62nd spot, a significant jump from its 99th position on last year’s list.
Last week, Eat and Cook was announced as the 2022 recipient of the American Express One To Watch Award, which recognises restaurants seen as rising stars of the region.
The 51-100 list this year features restaurants from 12 countries and territories, with Hong Kong’s restaurants claiming a whopping ten spots. India’s restaurants also fared well, with seven of its restaurants making the list.
