Martell once again lit up Malaysia’s nightlife calendar with the return of the Martell Noblige Swift Festival, which took over JioSpace, Petaling Jaya on 13 December 2025. The 2025 edition unfolded as a surrealist-inspired fever dream – a night shaped by shifting visuals, immersive art, and Martell’s signature call to Soar Beyond the Expected. What emerged was a festival that felt expansive, imaginative, and distinctly current, anchored by a dynamic lineup of global and homegrown talent.

Taking centre stage was Wujackers, the explosive collaboration between Dutch duo Bassjackers and Singaporean DJ, Wukong. Appearing for only the second time under this moniker, the duo delivered a high-octane performance defined by pulsing big-room energy and Eastern-influenced melodies, amplified further by custom visuals that played into the festival’s dreamlike theme. Their set easily became one of the night’s most talked-about moments.
Adding emotional depth to the evening was Malaysian singer-songwriter Yihuik, whose atmospheric soundscapes and soaring vocals – backed by billions of streams globally – introduced a more introspective dimension to the festival. South Korean DJ-producer Suvin, making her Swift Festival debut, ramped the tempo back up with a bespoke mix celebrating fan-favourite K-pop anthems, a nod to the Malaysian crowd she knows well from touring Asia and Europe.

The night also paid homage to local talent. DJ Nina, DJ Reeve, reigning Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest champions Exclusive Pete and DJ Svggy each held their own alongside the international names, while MC Chan and MC Dnesh kept the momentum electrifying from start to finish.
Beyond the music, the festival delivered an all-encompassing sensory journey. Large-scale projections, atmospheric effects, and evolving lighting transformed JioSpace into a constantly shifting surreal universe, with perspectives bending and visuals morphing in sync with each performance. Signature installations returned as crowd favourites, while guests arriving early were treated to Swift Surprises, including The Frozen Spark – Martell’s frozen cognac ritual paired with frozen grapes – setting the tone for the night’s playful energy.
A major highlight was the grand finale of the Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest – DJ Edition, now in its third year as one of Malaysia’s leading platforms for emerging DJs. Six finalists – K1, Novern, Saucie J, TZ, X, and Yeow – took the spotlight after months of challenges that tested their creativity, technical prowess, and ability to command a crowd. Novern emerged as the winner, selected through both audience reactions, online votes, and a regional judging panel, walking away with RM30,000 in cash and prizes worth RM128,000 designed to elevate their craft and future career.

“This year, we wanted to reimagine what nightlife can look and feel like – a place for creativity, discovery, and ambition,” said Pooi Wan Liew, Head of Marketing at Pernod Ricard Malaysia. “Seeing the Swift Talent Quest continue to grow shows how far local DJs can go when given the space and support to experiment.”
With this third edition, the Martell Noblige Swift Festival continues to shape itself as a staple of Malaysia’s nightlife culture – a celebration of music, innovation, and Martell’s bold spirit.
