Sushi Hibiki’s menu consists of only 4 items: the short Iki Course, the signature Miyabi Course, the premium Kiwami Course and the Special Hibiki omakase, which requires advanced booking. In each of these courses, the chef and his team will take you on a journey in true omakase style, utilising seasonal ingredients sourced locally and from Japan.
