Experience Nobu KL’s inaugural Chef’s Table dining concept, allowing guests to meet the award-winning Chef Hervé Courtot to curate their own 8-course menu. 

Nobu Corporate Chef and Chef de Cuisine of Nobu Dubai, Chef Hervé Courtot is bringing the authentic flavours and signature flair of Nobu Dubai to Kuala Lumpur, exclusively from July 2^nd (Sunday) to July 7^th (Friday).

In conjunction with Chef Hervé’s visit, Nobu KL has specially curated a menu of popular dishes from Nobu Dubai, including dishes like Chilean Sea Bass with Yuzu White Chocolate Sauce, Lobster and eggplant furikake, and Guanaja pineapple tartar with coconut lime Szechuan.

Guests will also experience Nobu KL’s inaugural Chef’s Table dining concept, providing the opportunity to meet with the award-winning chef himself, together with Chef Philip, the Executive Chef of Nobu KL, to curate their own 8-course dinner.
