One of the most opulent celebrity weddings of the year took place this past weekend in Miami, as guests gathered to witness Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz finally exchange vows after a nearly two-year long engagement.
Actress Peltz, 27, is the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz and model Claudia Heffner. Beckham, 23, is an aspiring chef and the son of famed British celebrity couple, David and Victoria Beckham.
The two tied the knot at Nelson Peltz’s £79m oceanfront estate in Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday, April 9th, in a ceremony attended by a star-studded crowd including the likes of Serena Williams, Gordon Ramsay and Eva Longoria.

The spotlight, of course, belonged to the bride, who was a vision in white in a custom Valentino Haute Couture gown complete with a lavishly long train and elegant lacy gloves. Described in Peltz’s Instagram caption as her ‘dream dress’, the gown was chosen with the help of her stylist Leslie Fremar.

According to Vogue, going to Valentino creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli for her wedding dress needs was “a no-brainer” for Peltz, who was a huge admirer of Valentino’s couture shows, and wore the brand to the 2021 Met Gala.
Creating the ‘dream dress’ was “the ultimate couture experience”, according to Fremar. The process involved two trips to Valentino’s Rome HQ, two US fittings, and a year’s worth of conversation with Piccioli’s team.
The initial plan for the bridal look was much more intricate. When Peltz tried on the toile, they were so stunned by its magnificent simplicity that they opted for a much less detailed dress and did away with the embroidery.
French lace was added onto the handmade gloves and train, bringing a graceful, ethereal finishing touch to the wedding ensemble.

The bride’s ‘something blue’ was sewn into the skirt lengths of her wedding gown. Her mother, Claudia Heffner Peltz, included a personal message stitched in blue thread, as well as an evil eye talisman.
Beckham’s Dior wedding suit had a special bespoke label sewed in, which was a gift from his new wife. Peltz shared that the groom is a fan of labels, adding: “Two years ago for Christmas, I made a whole suitcase full of personalised ones for him.”
The groom’s wedding outfit also included a diamond chain by Anita Ko, worn on his lapel. A gift from his in-laws, the piece was also worn by Beckham as a formal wallet chain attached to the front of his evening jacket on the night of the wedding.
Peltz’s hairstyle was inspired by Brigitte Bardot’s as well as her own supermodel mother’s 90s hair looks. The bombshell half-up, half-down style created by hairstylist Adir Abergel served as an anchor for Peltz’s long wedding veil. “Think luxe, polished texture, but with fullness and movement to it,” described Abergel.
