Available for a limited time only across the four nights, Master Chef Takahashi invites all for a menu of exotic umami flavours, prepared through traditional techniques using traditional ingredients.

“My aim is to introduce to Malaysians the rich authenticity of Japanese fine dining made following the Kyoto way which has more than 600 years of history. Seasonal ingredients are requisite in kaiseki cuisine. They are meticulously prepared to bring out the truest flavour and umami of each dish, reminding diners of the winds of winter thus preparing oneself for the season. This kaiseki menu highlights the taste of real Japanese food cooked to perfection,” says Master Chef Takahashi.
