This marks the second time Alexander Wang reimagined Bulgari’s iconic Serpenti collection.
Bulgari and Alexander Wang have joined forces once again for another stunning limited edition capsule collection for 2020, following their 2019 release which spotlights the Bulgari Serpenti Forever Bag. They reprised Serpenti Through The Eyes of Alexander Wang, with the reinvention of the belt bag.
Crafted in smooth calf leather, the bags feature two new Serpenti head closures in antique gold-plated brass and hypnotising red enamel eyes. Taking inspiration from a Bulgari heritage timepiece from the ‘60s, they boast versatile functionality thanks to its detachable handle, removable belt, and detachable chain and leather straps. This allows the wearer to customise their hero bag, whether to be worn around the waist, over the shoulder, across the body, or held as a clutch. The bag also includes an internal tone on tone calf leather tag branded with the “Alexander Wang Bulgari” logo.
This second release joins the classic existing black and white versions, with a colour palette that pays homage to spring. Soft pastel hues in baby blue and peach, as well as a special pink shade exclusively for China.
